Nonresident rockfish retention stays closed in Ketchikan waters
Nonresident anglers out of Ketchikan cannot keep yelloweye or other demersal shelf rockfish for the rest of the year; their season ran only July 1 to Aug. 25. Residents may keep one a day inside three miles, but farther out everyone follows the nonresident rules.
