The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority granted Matanuska Electric Association a 25-year term non-exclusive easement Wednesday over Trust parcels at Church Road and Shampine Lane in Wasilla, clearing a key land-rights step for a planned 40-acre Meadow Lakes substation and 115 kV transmission line.
