Troopers arrest man in Glennallen on no-bail federal warrant from heroin case

A trooper located and identified Eric Lackey at the HUB gas station in Glennallen at about 9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, then arrested him on a federal warrant that **allowed no bail**, the Department of Public Safety said in its daily dispatch.

Lackey was wanted on an active United States Marshals Service warrant for a probation violation. The original charge behind that warrant was selling heroin. He was taken into custody without force.

The department posted the account Friday under case number AK26079710. Charges reported in trooper dispatches are accusations, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. The dispatch **did not list a court date or a holding facility**.
