Allen Marine hiring 21 positions as Juneau gears up for cruise season

Allen Marine Inc. posted 21 job openings this week on the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development's hot jobs list for Juneau. The positions span vessel operations, hospitality, and shore support as the capital city gears up for cruise season.

The openings include specialized roles like lodge manager, crew boat captain, executive chef, port engineer, and operations specialist. Multiple marine mechanic positions suggest expanded fleet operations. Entry-level roles include deckhand, catering crew, and dock representative.

Allen Marine Tours has provided wildlife and sightseeing tours in Southeast Alaska for more than 50 years. The company is family-owned and Alaska Native-owned.
