Two charged with burglary after troopers find them back at a Clam Gulch cabin, hauling out an appliance

Two people face felony burglary charges after Alaska State Troopers caught them removing a large appliance from a seasonal cabin in Clam Gulch — a cabin troopers say they'd broken into more than once. When troopers responded to the burglary report Thursday, the pair had returned to the scene.

Troopers identified them as Synister Krakkerss, 46, of Anchorage, and Carolann Alden, 27, of Wasilla. Both were arrested and taken to Wildwood Pretrial on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass. Most of the stolen items were recovered at a nearby residence. The charges are accusations, and both are presumed innocent unless proven guilty; the trooper dispatch includes no response from either.
