Three killed in Seward Highway crash near Mile 80
Three people died Monday afternoon in a collision involving a motorcycle and another vehicle on the Seward Highway near Mile 80, Anchorage police said.
Officers responded at about 3:41 p.m. May 25 and found a Subaru Crosstrek engulfed in flames, police said. The driver, a passenger and the motorcyclist were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Anchorage Police Department's Major Collision Investigation Unit is investigating. Police will release identities after next-of-kin notifications are complete.
