Tatitlek Management Services wins $2.8 million State Department maintenance order

The U.S. Department of State awarded a $2,775,557 operations and maintenance task order to Tatitlek Management Services, LLC of Anchorage, federal spending records show. The order, numbered 19AQMM26F0789, is described as "O&M TO-02 SA-01." Three companies bid on it.

It runs from Aug. 17, 2026, through Aug. 16, 2027, under an earlier State Department vehicle, 19AQMM25D0338, an 8(a) facilities maintenance program. The same vehicle produced a $765,524 order to the firm on Aug. 5. A related company, Tatitlek Federal Services LLC, also of Anchorage, won a $254,680 State Department order for operational psychologist support services beginning Sept. 1.

SA-01 matches State Annex 1 in Washington, and the Aug. 5 order is performed in Sterling, Virginia, though this order's place of performance is recorded as Anchorage, the company's address.

Federal contracting is a core business line for Alaska Native corporation subsidiaries; the record classifies this firm as ANC owned and an 8(a) participant. Tatitlek companies hold about $160 million in State Department work at the Truman building alone.
