Collision closes northbound Richardson Highway at Milepost 352, detour via Badger Road

Northbound drivers on the Richardson Highway must detour onto Badger Road after a collision closed the northbound lane at Milepost 352 Tuesday morning.

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities reported the closure at 8:09 a.m. through the Alaska 511 system. The northbound lane will likely stay closed for several hours, the alert said.

The alert is scheduled to expire at 8:08 a.m. Wednesday. That is not a stated reopening time.
