Alaska's abuse-reporting system is down July 10–11; use the paper form

Alaska's online system for reporting abuse, neglect, or exploitation of seniors and people with disabilities will be down for maintenance July 10 and 11, returning July 12. That's a two-day gap in the main way mandatory reporters, care providers, and the public file a Report of Harm.

Reports can still be made during the outage — but only on paper, by faxing the form to 907-269-3648 or emailing it to [email protected]. The catch: the form lives on the division's website, so anyone who might need to report during those two days should download it before July 10, while it's still easy to get.
