We attended several meetings, provided written comment, and it was apparent to us that there was really no way they were gonna reach agreement from the current assembly, and we recommended discussions with the assembly in an attempt to get some clear and aligned guidance during that process, and it didn't happen. You all were not inclined to move forward with their recommendations. We do agree with the recommendations that were put forth by the Planning Commission in their resolution in August of '25, Resolution 2515. The comments and recommendations in that resolution closely aligned with the feedback that we had provided during the process, and their recommendations included the need for some serious work to close gaps and and also to remove some what was seen as potentially overburdensome requirements or recommendations that were coming out of the advisory board.
