8473 Authorizes HHS to use funds for public health veterinary services to address zoonotic diseases. Additionally, IHS would coordinate with the United States Public Health Service, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide public health veterinary services. Finally, we will consider H.R. 8954, The Tribal Regulatory Reform Implementation Act of 2026, which I am proud to sponsor.
