Willow man, 85, missing since June 20; troopers seek tips

On June 25, troopers from B Detachment were asked to conduct a welfare check at Sapp's Willow residence, five days after he was last seen.

"Troopers and volunteer search teams conducted a thorough search of the property and were unable to locate Sapp," the Department of Public Safety said in its daily dispatch.

Sapp's property sits along the Kashwitna River.
