Wasilla man arrested at Anchorage courthouse on sexual abuse warrant

A 59-year-old Wasilla man faces multiple counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second and third degree after Anchorage Judicial Services arrested him Tuesday, Sept. 1, on an outstanding warrant at the Nesbett Courthouse.

Raymond Topkok was taken into custody at approximately 9:48 a.m., according to the Alaska Bureau of Judicial Services, the state unit whose Anchorage officers made the arrest. Bail was set at $30,000. The Department of Public Safety tracks the case as AK26079032. The charges are accusations, and Topkok is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
