Wasilla man arrested at Anchorage courthouse on sexual abuse warrant

A 59-year-old Wasilla man faces multiple counts of second- and third-degree sexual abuse of a minor after officers arrested him Tuesday, Sept. 1, on an outstanding warrant at the Nesbett Courthouse in Anchorage.

Raymond Topkok was taken into custody at about 9:48 am, according to the Alaska Bureau of Judicial Services, whose Anchorage officers made the arrest. Bail was set at $30,000. The charges are accusations, and Topkok is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
