Erin Kitchen, 37, of Homer died Monday night in Anchor Point after she collapsed and could not be revived, the Alaska State Troopers said.
Troopers received a report at 8:32 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2026, that an adult woman in Anchor Point had collapsed and was unconscious. CPR was already underway when troopers and emergency medical services arrived. Efforts by people at the scene, EMS and troopers did not restore her. Kitchen was pronounced deceased at 9:13 p.m.
