Pickup driver hits vehicle at Fairbanks gas station and drives off, troopers say
A man driving a white pickup hit a woman's vehicle at the Sourdough gas station in Fairbanks on Monday morning and immediately drove off, Alaska State Troopers said.
A camera recorded the pickup, but the image wasn't clear enough to read its license plate, according to the trooper dispatch. Troopers did not identify the driver, and the investigation is waiting on further leads.
The woman reported the crash about 9:08 am. The station sits at the intersection of Farmers Loop and the Steese Highway. Troopers did not report any injuries.
