North Pole's library rolls out a fall lineup of programs for kids
North Pole Branch Library's fall children's programming runs from Sept. 1 through October, with something for just about every age — toddlers, preschoolers and school-age kids alike. Here's the lineup:
Baby & Tots Playtime — a drop-in for children under 3, two Tuesday afternoons a month, with rotating gear including a small ball pit and soft climbing blocks.
Budding Bookworms — a longer storytime for ages 4-6 with a caregiver, Thursday mornings.
Little Listeners — storytime for ages 2-3 with a caregiver, on alternating Wednesday mornings.
Read to a Dog — therapy dogs visit two Saturday afternoons, Sept. 19 and Oct. 17, for kids to read aloud to.
Movie Tuesday — an afternoon screening with refreshments: "Cheaper by the Dozen" on Sept. 15 and "Toy Story 5" on Oct. 17.
Free take-and-make craft bags are also available at the branch, on NPHS Boulevard, which is open Tuesday through Saturday.
