GSA awards Anchorage's PacArctic $68,584 for North Dakota repairs

The General Services Administration awarded Anchorage-based PacArctic LLC two contracts worth a combined $68,584 on Friday, the company's latest GSA facilities work in North Dakota since August.

The larger, $34,611 under 47PD5326F0348, relocates a fire alarm pull station and horn strobe in the VACIS building, a border cargo inspection facility, at 301 West Railway Ave. in Portal, North Dakota, through Dec. 10, 2026. The second, $33,973 under 47PD5326F0273, replaces a ladder and adds a catwalk in the mechanical room there, through Jan. 9, 2027.

Neither was set aside. The records list both as competed full and open under a blanket purchase agreement.

The awards follow August orders that included $97,128 for concrete walking paths at the Pembina Border Station, along with work at the Grand Forks Courthouse and Bismarck's William Guy Federal Building. Twenty-eight orders under the same agreement this year total about $2 million, the largest $637,327.

PacArctic is a subsidiary of Koniag Government Services, the contracting arm of the Alaska Native corporation for the Alutiiq people of the Kodiak Archipelago. GSA eLibrary lists it on two governmentwide vehicles agencies order from, OASIS+ to December 2029 and a Multiple Award Schedule to March 10, 2039.
