Anchorage's Chugach Solutions draws two more FBI repair orders, $60,767

The General Services Administration awarded $60,767 to Chugach Solutions Enterprise, LLC of Anchorage on Monday for maintenance work at the FBI Washington Field Office. One order, $39,969, covers repairing leaking garage drains and runs through Dec. 15; the second, $20,798, covers replacing two steam control valves through Jan. 25, 2027. Both orders came from GSA's Public Buildings Service.

Contract records show Chugach Solutions already held a maintenance arrangement at the building, so the new orders continue existing work rather than opening a new contract. The records hold at least 30 such orders since Dec. 4, 2025, worth at least $1,016,814 together, among them a $179,537 facility security upgrade in June and a $139,890 drain stack pipe replacement on Sept. 10.

Both of Monday's orders are recorded as not available for competition, with only one source solicited, and are firm fixed price.

Neither Chugach Solutions nor the Public Buildings Service was asked about the orders.
