GSA awards Anchorage firm $221,918 for FBI building repairs in Washington

The General Services Administration's Public Buildings Service issued four maintenance orders worth a combined $221,918 to Anchorage-based Chugach Solutions Enterprise, LLC on Sept. 8 and Sept. 10, all for the FBI Washington Field Office in Washington, D.C. The largest, $139,890, covers drain stack pipe replacement, while other orders address elevator lobby door hardware, LED lighting upgrades, and exterior water spigot repairs. Performance periods run into February 2027.

The four run under a consolidated facilities management contract at the field office, which GSA awarded without competition and which is in its first option year, with $3.5 million obligated. The same records show 30 orders to the firm in Washington, D.C. this fiscal year, totaling about $1 million.

Federal records list the firm as a Tribally Owned Firm and Alaskan Native Corporation Owned Firm, certified under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program for disadvantaged small businesses and self-certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business.
