GSA awards Tunista $16,845 for repairs at two Phoenix buildings

The General Services Administration has awarded Tunista Logistics Solutions, LLC two maintenance orders worth $16,845 combined for repairs at federal buildings in Phoenix, Arizona.

The larger order, $9,579 under award ID 47PD5526F0357, covers painting and replacement of cabinets and countertops at the Phoenix Federal Building, Sept. 10 through Nov. 30. The second, $7,266 under award ID 47PD5526F0356, covers replacement of a refrigerant monitor at the Sandra Day O'Connor Courthouse, Sept. 9 through Sept. 30.

The same records show two more Tunista orders at the Phoenix Federal Building on Aug. 12 and 13, totaling about $77,900 for barrier arm gate and fire panel work, and a $1.4 million 12-month contract to operate and maintain the courthouse, awarded in July.

Tunista, a Yulista Holding LLC subsidiary with an Anchorage address, is listed in the record as an 8(a) firm owned by an Alaska Native corporation.
