Free Sullivan Arena clinic Sept. 19-20: pick dental or vision, not both

Anyone can get free medical, dental and vision care at Sullivan Arena on Sept. 19 and 20, but Remote Area Medical says dental and vision are limited and "patients may choose between dental and vision services." Medical is offered to everyone. Dentures are not available.

The Mountain View Lions Club Foundation is presenting the clinic at 1600 Gambell St. Dental is cleanings, fillings and extractions; vision is exams and glasses. Its clinic page says: "Open to everyone. No ID required. No insurance required. No income requirements."

The arena parking lot opens no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 18. It stays open all night. Doors open at 6 a.m. both days. Service tickets go by arrival time. Anyone who leaves and returns goes to the back of the line. No indoor waiting, no heated shelter.
