Alaska Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve Advisory Council Meeting

The Alaska Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve Advisory Council will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams to discuss the management, policies, and operations of the preserve. The agenda includes administrative tasks such as roll call, approval of minutes, and the election of officers. New business items feature a review of the membership roster—specifically for the Haines Mayor, Haines Assembly, and Conservation Organization seats—as well as an ethics and code of conduct review. Updates will be provided by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Forestry division, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G), DNR Parks, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). The council will also address future meeting scheduling and accept public and member comments.
