From the transcript
We had recently had Governor Dunleavy come to the Alaska Federation of Natives and asked them to take part in an appointment of members to a task force to amend the Constitution to bring Alaska in alignment with ANILCA. And he said, I want to bring this task force into fruition in 2 weeks. Go. And our Alaska Native Federation of Natives board said, "Two weeks and you didn't talk to us about this task force, and why should we quickly move and act for you on subsistence and doing a constitutional amendment?" And then in the background, we're also doing litigation on U.S. v. Alaska.
