I would like to talk about the variants tonight. Um, the variance request fails on all 6 requirements. It's a typical corner lot surrounded by 3 streets and 1 privately owned adjoining property. No corner lot can buy or expand into a street lot next door, and the lot next door was not for sale. The building is close to a zero lot line, but that doesn't impact its grandfather rights for existing use.
