And we've heard a lot of different perspectives and a lot of different perspectives are already reflected in the bill. I think that the property tax bill now sits on the 1-yard line, the last mile, the final push up, up the mountain. Nothing ever— nothing of this scale is ever easy. Everyone who's worked on this throughout this year, throughout the decade before, knows how hard it has been. But we stand now at the point with a real opportunity, the window of opportunity in front of us, and pushing this bill across the finish line is what will allow the project to to move forward.
