Hi, my name's Marty Kincaid, and, um, the only reason I'm speaking is because Troy did this 600-foot circle, but if you look at the map, it includes the parking behind the Vagabond Blue is the Kozlowski Building, the Valley Hotel, Turkey Red, the parking that the hotel bought to meet code compliance across the street from the hotel. And so that is like, well, about the 600 parking spaces he was saying, oh, you know, there's plenty of parking. No, there isn't. It's because private individuals met code, they pay for the parking, they pay for the maintenance, and now one individual, because he made a bad business decision. When I make a bad commercial investment, I don't put it on anybody else to absorb my mistake.
