“This whole BEAD project has been— an effort that's included lots and lots of people on both— in all of our companies and all the rest of the telcos around the country as well. But even just shaping what's happened in Alaska and how that money has been awarded and where it's going and what it's going to do has been a ton of work jointly through just the 3 companies here.”

We work on shaping policy and work on shaping and reacting to regulations just like all the rest of you guys do as well. And so that's an important thing I think to keep in mind. This whole BEAD project has been— an effort that's included lots and lots of people on both— in all of our companies and all the rest of the telcos around the country as well. But even just shaping what's happened in Alaska and how that money has been awarded and where it's going and what it's going to do has been a ton of work jointly through just the 3 companies here and also the other companies that are in Alaska that aren't on this panel today. So, anyway, I just wanted to start with that to make sure that we— that everybody sort of gets a sense that we're closer than we are separate in what we're doing here, I think.
