Appreciate that. Good questions, everyone. So several have raised the issue of permitting and the challenges. I think it is worth noting that within the 21st Century Road to Housing Act, they do have provisions there to address environmental reviews and designed to reduce delays in housing development. And we take that further in our legislation in Section 3 by allowing a single HUD environmental review for projects that are using multiple federal funding sources.
