Mr. Martinez? Thank you, Chair. I do have a couple of comments. First, an encouragement to my colleagues I think when Member Perez-Verdia described the process, part of what he's describing is that— I used the term hyperbole of absurdity before. I think it's challenging when we as public officials will use unscrupulous communication methods to get a point across.
