Take that. Um, we had talked about hiring a chief of staff or someone in the mayor's office to assist the mayor in day-to-day work, grant writing, and also the transition period between mayors. As new mayors come on, it takes them a year, sometimes two, to get up to speed as to what's going on in the city. And having a chief of staff or someone in the mayor's office to assist in those transitional periods would be very beneficial. We have kicked around the idea, instead of having a chief of staff or city planner, to have an attorney in that position who would do grant writing at the same time and work out of the mayor's office.
