I'm not allowed to move forward. So, um, it's like I said in my letter, it's unfortunate that they bought this building, but, uh, there is the Dairy Queen right next door that is for sale. My solution is sell this building that does not meet the parking. It'd be great to have a barbecue place. Nobody's saying no against barbecue.
