Nobody's saying no against Troy. We're saying no to the variance that it is retail. And the other point I put in my letter is then that the taxpayers are paying for the maintenance of the parking, not a private individual. You're competing against private enterprises where the city is doing all the snowplowing, the maintenance, the insurance, etc., where that should be borne by the business, not the city, not the taxpayers. Then you're competing against the taxpayers that, uh, gain revenue for the city from the depot.
