It will modernize it. It will make it a tool That way the folks that are working behind the scenes, that are behind the curtain getting things done, that they don't have duplicative reporting when you start to add two different types of federal funding together. Another way is environmental review. We don't ever want to— we leave environmental protections in because it's a must, but we don't— those same standards of that funding and having to redo that review over and over, being able to put HUD on a time clock. If you will, when you look at if we do a waiver for an environmental review of that 60 days, it has to be answered.
