I didn't know if you guys got it or not. Okay, then just real quick then from, um, I don't know why I'm compelled to come over here. It seems like the design could be more conducive to the whole situation over there. Um, we've been involved with the homeowners association for years, and when we've had other things crop up that really affect that subdivision, which happens to be the largest subdivision in the entire state, and they have— we have trouble controlling that. And then when you have little things like this pop up, It creates for the existing homeowners, it creates a real dilemma, I guess you could say, as far as who does what and what goes where.
The Matanuska-Susitna Borough Platting Board unanimously approved Thursday a preliminary plat for Settler's Bay Unit 11 despite neighboring homeowners' concerns about design compatibility and drainage in the swampy area.
