From the transcript

And the last two times we've done it, it's been a program for about two decades now, the last time we've done this, we have begun to have former Mount Edgecumbe students who attended Color of Justice who went to undergrad, who went to law school, and now are coming back as lawyers in Alaska serving their communities and presenting at Color of Justice. When those students see people who have walked in their shoes, when they— when those people— when those students see that it can be done, it shows them how to be done, their faces light up. They— I am sure that we've planted some seeds that way. Another way is externships and internships. Our court system has a variety of ways for you, your youth, to participate and see if they're interested in a legal career.
