From the transcript

Number two, many of the issues that we're facing in rural Alaska— and it's a difficult job, let me tell you, I've I've been sort of as the problem solver when the Lieutenant Governor's office is trying to conduct these elections. And despite all the training and the hiring, sometimes workers just don't show up to the, to the poll to work the polls. And so what, how you solve that is maybe through better coordinate coordination or compacting with tribes or rural, rural villages to make sure that those polls are manned and operating on time when they're supposed to be there. And so I'd also support legislation that basically allows you to track your ballot so that make sure your ballot's being processed appropriately and that allows for a curing process, or at a minimum informing the voter that their ballot was tossed and for what reason, right? Because you don't want the same voter to go the next year and make the same mistake.
