As we've talked about, snow removal is a two-budget process, and one season affects two budgets. So there's a blessing and a curse there sometimes. But to Member Park's question, if there was a demand or need for additional revenue, particularly around snow removal, for contractual services because of the weather, we have the opportunity to do the same thing we did this year, which is appropriate lapse funding from the department into the next quarter, or any state funding or one-time funding that is known or becomes available between the budget process and the revised process in April can be added if that is necessary. And the other answer to how we close the gap is that we relied on one-time funds that are now gone. This has been part of the budget for the last many years, but this year is the last year of the MLNP sale fund, which is not proceeds from the sale of MLNP.
