So structurally, to the structural question, Office of Tribal Affairs, I'll create an Office of Tribal Affairs within the governor's office. So sit in on the cabinet-level meetings so that when the decisions and the policies have to be made at the department level, there's someone there who is conversant in the issues. In rural Alaska, in urban Alaska, 'cause again Anchorage is the largest Native village in the state and we can't forget that. I was the mayor of this city and I never forgot it. So those two things, just build a new history of trust, collaboration, communication, and show up more often than just when you're running every four years.
