These limits would increase with inflation every 10 years beginning in 2031. So the question is, should this initiative become law? This initiative is set to appear on the ballot for the upcoming August 18th, 2026 primary election. Today we will be hearing from the initiative sponsor. We will also provide the opportunity for a group opposing the measure to provide testimony, and we will then open the hearing to public testimony.
