So anyway, that, that's the confusion. Acting like I was naive and didn't know what was going on is not true. I was given that because it was parking of 10 for the retail. If I conformed it over, I would have to follow the new rules, but the new rules would only be if I exceeded what was already granted to the facility in the building itself as it is.
