From the transcript

All right, thank you, Madam Chair, members of the council. Good afternoon, my name is Nicholas Jacek. I am the Fisheries Policy Manager for Ocean Conservancy. I would like to say that, provide my testimony today saying that given significant capacity and budgetary constraints, the Council should prioritize its limited resources towards actions that address clear conservation or fishery sustainability needs and are responsive to demonstrated public interest and testimony. Therefore, Ocean Conservancy urges the Council to take no action to reevaluate the current Steller's sea lion protection protection areas.
