No upgrades will be required to the existing roads. A stormwater management report was submitted and is at exhibit pages 34 through 125. The borough's Department of Public Works Pre-Design and Engineering Division submitted the following comments: PD&E will require cross-culvert under the proposed road location to be determined later.
