We talk about your demographics, and then before we get into your study, the last big item here to talk about, just bigger picture, is your compensation philosophy. And again, that becomes The, the big policy question for you of where do you want to— where, where do you feel that you need to position yourselves against the comparable market? And organizations have really 3 different options. You can position yourself average to the market, and what that means then is that if within all of your comparators you're going to be right around the middle, it does not mean that you're going to be the highest paid. And I told that to the employees this morning that the goal of this project was not to make sure that Kodiak is the highest paid.
