So compliance work is always a portion of a campaign. But for a very large, well-funded money— well-funded campaign with a lot of money from out of state that has a big group of accountants and lawyers working on compliance for them, their compliance budget is a small portion of their campaign. But for a small grassroots campaign that has to do a lot of the same compliance requirements, that becomes most of their campaign is having to do this compliance.
