We and the, and Department of Law will draft a set of regulations and regulatory language that will then get sent out for public review. And there'll be a whole set of public comments that are potentially coming back to the department, to the, to board support section. I guess what is the expectation of the department in summarizing those comments or providing the board advice on, on what they're hearing from those comments? And number two, is there any expectation that we're going to be requested for new information based on what they may have heard in those comments? Because if, if that is the expectation rather than what I heard earlier, we're just ratifying the regulatory language and we're not taking a fresh look at it, that, that could add significant time, um, significant cost to the department and time of department staff to prepare the board for that meeting.
