This is a topic that has had tremendous focus, which underscores its importance. And that process has been, has been so critical and so thorough and valuable because it has allowed the full legislature and the, and the public that they represent to examine the project to make sure, most importantly, that the bill that will get passed on this project is a bill that works for all interested parties. It's not perfect. I think it has required compromise by many parties involved.
