There will be a competition happening for the first time that is going to engender a pretty significant public dialogue, I am sure. And so we've asked the, the administration to provide us with a couple of scenarios and then other considerations that we might want to take into account when we're thinking specifically about property taxes allocated to education versus municipal service. We've also asked for a pretty robust review of our position with respect to deferred maintenance.
