There will be a competition happening for the first time that is going to engender a pretty significant public dialogue, I am sure. And so we've asked the, the administration to provide us with a couple of scenarios and then other considerations that we might want to take into account when we're thinking specifically about property taxes allocated to education versus municipal service.
