Is the deadline. You cannot submit an application at 12:01. The portal will close down at 11:59 on October 28th. Uh, we will— it's 4 weeks for you to submit an application. It is 4 weeks for us to review the applications, and then we have a couple of weeks to go through clarification with CMS, and so we may be reaching out to you to ask those clarifying questions.
