We're in the enviable position of having the perfect candidate. And I, I think the only thing that's going to make Mr. Putney not be a, a great city manager in the years past is some sort of catastrophe that befalls somebody. Or so I would suggest we do move forward as suggested, that we go through all of the, the manager's, um, applications before November 10th, and then on November 10th make that decision as to whether we want to bring more— some of these applicants forward for an interview, but with the understanding given to staff that we may just choose Mr. Putney as the obviously best qualified candidate.
