But anyway, thank you, Council, for listening. I'm sorry that this is back back here. It is nothing personal, definitely not against the barbecue, and— but it is. And if we want to invite, um, businesses to Palmer, it has to be the level, same playing field, because there's other properties that would want variances. Oh, one other thing is this would be changing code from the International Building Code from, uh, mercantile, which is retail, assembly, and that might create a whole nother, uh, variances needed to meet those codes.
